Coordinate Response to emergencies.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Monitor physical access to the Network Operations Center and other facilities at corporate headquarters. Monitor various environmental and fire alarm systems.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Provide accurate, detailed reports and testimony when required.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-size:14.0px">Perform other duties as assigned.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><strong>SHIFTS/HOURS:</strong> Operations are 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. 12-hour shifts (3 on and 3 off).  Hours: 6a-6p and 6p-6a with rotating shifts every 3 months.  Also, subject to call.   </span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><strong><em>Requirements</em></strong></span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><strong>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span></p><p> </p><ul><li><span style="font-size:14.0px">High School diploma or GED</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px">Must have ability to obtain valid driver’s license</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px">Must have successfully completed the Basic Telecommunicator Proficiency license through the Texas Commission on Law <span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Enforcement <u><em>within </em><em>the first year of employment</em></u></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px">Must have a basic working knowledge of computers and computer programs</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px">Must be physically and psychologically fit, able to successfully pass any required company evaluations, pass an extensive background investigation and any other state commissioning requirements</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px">Must have a broad knowledge of criminal law and procedures</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px">Must be able to meet any government or Company training and retention standards</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px">Must be willing and able to work 12-hour shifts Degree</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px">Minimum of three years full-time experience at a city, county, state, federal or railroad law enforcement agency Telecommunications 911/Emergency dispatch call center is strongly preferred</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px">Advanced Telecommunicator license</span></li><li><span style="font-size:14.0px">Bi-lingual in
