About the Role
Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Systems Support Analyst to join their team! This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri. Duties: Log issues / requests into ticketing system, and proactively monitor / update any open items Troubleshoot and resolve basic and advanced technical issues over the phone and via email independently Provide consultation and problem resolution to customers and third party system providers for testing and production issues Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify action items Organize, facilitate, and report on progress of projects or activities Assist with tracking and organizing tasks to support and accomplish program objectives Provide clear and timely communication to internal and external stakeholders Utilize various software systems and technical tools and ability to easily transition between the systems Assure quality standards are met or exceeded Desired Skills/Experience: Understanding of how to determine business data requirements based on needs across multiple systems that support customer programs Technical experience and knowledge of SAP and APIs Expertise in critical thinking and problem-solving skills Business acumen and general supply chain knowledge Customer focused, self-motivated and ability to take initiative to drive tasks to resolution Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with strict attention to detail Ability to successfully handle multiple projects and adjust priorities quickly Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Experience in the agriculture industry a plus Experience with the following systems: SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Webi/Business Objects/Report Builder, etc. Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position starting at $85,000 - $95,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
