Self-Employed Estate Agent to cover the
London area.

Key Responsibilities
- Registering buyers and sellers
- Matching properties to suitable buyers
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Managing your own diary and appointments
- Carrying out property valuations
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Supporting clients throughout the sales process
- Managing sales progression through to completion
- Building relationships within the local property market
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within Estate Agency or Property Sales
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- A confident negotiator with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Knowledgeable about the London property market
- Holds a full UK driving licence
