About the Role

Our business is growing rapidly on a global scale. To support this growth, we are looking for an IT Hardware Asset & Supply Chain Logistics Specialist. In this role, you will ensure that all IT hardware across our global operations is planned, sourced, delivered, and managed effectively throughout its full lifecycle. From capacity planning and procurement to warehousing, distribution, returns, and disposal, you play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You will support the delivery of hardware to our stores during openings, relocations, and incidents, as well as to our global offices and new joiners. You will work closely with external vendors and suppliers, and internally with Procurement and the Enterprise IT team. This role reports to the Head of Project IT. Meet the team Tech & Data is the technology department of Rituals. Within this department, the Enterprise IT team enables our global offices and retail operations with the tools and systems they need to succeed. In this newly created role, you have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our technology operations and support Rituals’ continued global growth. You will be based at our Central Head Office in Amsterdam, overlooking one of the city’s most iconic canals. What you will do Define and maintain optimal stock levels across warehouses and depots, ensuring availability for store openings, incidents, and lifecycle projects Own the lifecycle of hardware assets, from introduction to disposal, and ensure alignment with suppliers and stakeholders Design and optimize depot, hub, and warehousing strategies, including considerations for international tax regulations Manage hardware assets in ServiceNow (HAM) and ensure CMDB accuracy across stores and warehouses Monitor and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and reliability Document, analyze, and continuously improve hardware and IT processes Create insights and reporting on KPIs such as shelf life, order time, and shipping performance Advise on process improvements that enhance operations for stores, suppliers, and internal teams Contribute to sustainability initiatives by reducing shipments and enabling second-life use of hardware
