A future where they can operate more effectively, be more productive, and generate more revenue, all while ensuring the safety of every worker.</p> <p>Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Capital Equipment Salesperson will be tasked with generating revenue by selling cutting-edge robotic automation solutions to industrial clients. This role involves identifying customer needs, creating effective automation proposals, and overseeing long-cycle, high-value sales opportunities from initial contact to project completion.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Applications Engineer to leverage technical expertise in support of solution development and to enhance sales and marketing strategies. Success in this role hinges on a consultative, relationship-centered approach and effective teamwork with engineering, applications, and service teams to deliver solutions that enhance customer productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.</p> <p>You are expected to embody the company’s core values—Courageous Problem Solver, 5 Star Commitment, Courageous Conversations, Bring the Spark, and Teamwork—and to provide clear leadership while fostering a culture of discipline and accountability.</p> <h2>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h2> <p><strong>New Business Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prospect and identify new customers within the assigned business segment</li> <li>Research, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities aligned with company growth objectives</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with new customer accounts</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sales Execution &amp; Revenue Growth</strong></p> <ul> <li>Achieve annual and Quarterly New Capital Sales target</li> <li>Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed annual sales goals</li> <li>Create, advance, and close sales opportunities through all stages of the sales funnel</li> <li>Deliver profitable sales orders meeting or surpassing specified customer margin targets</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications &amp; Experience</h2> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in B2B sales, new business development, or capital equipment/solutions sales</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close complex sales opportunities</li> <li>Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills</li> <li>Experience using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize activities to meet revenue goals</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Attributes</strong></p> <ul> <li>Self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable</li> <li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li> <li>Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset</li> <li>Comfortable working in a target-driven, growth-oriented environment</li> </ul> <h2>Working Details</h2> <ul> <li>This is a full-time employee position</li> <li>The job entails up to 50% travel, with emphasis on weekday travel and minimal weekend commitments</li> <li>Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm</li> <li>All travel expenses will be reimbursed</li> <li>The company will provide the necessary phone, laptop, and software for job duties</li> </ul> </div>
