Job SummaryWe’re seeking an experienced Home Manager with a strong track record of achieving positive CQC outcomes and leading large care homes. You will take responsibility for a sizeable, newly built service, bringing the leadership needed to galvanise the team, drive high standards, and ensure ongoing improvement in care quality, compliance, and operational performance.Benefits:Salary £65Kup to 25% bonus33 Days of AL including Bank HolidaysHome Manager Requirements:Experience of running a large home is essentialExperience of managing nurses is essentialNVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Management (or a registered nurse)Full Driving LicenceComputer literacy (particularly email, excel spreadsheets and word documents)As a Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a large elderly nursing and residential care home within a company that has experience of Good CQC reports in a purpose-built Home that gives great dementia care.You will work alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life within a residential dementia setting, all this whilst working in a brilliant company who do their best to get the best for those in their care.If you have the required skills and experience for this Home Manager role, then please get in touch ASAP with an up-to-date copy of your CV.
