Salary: £30,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card
Hours: Monday–Friday (Day Shifts) + On-Call Rota
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Installation Operative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and handover of heating and air-conditioning systems, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standards. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional setup process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and hand over heating and air-conditioning equipment.
• Provide customer training along with remote and on-site technical support.
• Assist with the creation of job-specific documentation, including work instructions, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Conduct routine on-site maintenance of water treatment equipment.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience installing equipment at customer sites.
• Full UK driving licence – essential.
• Experience with air-conditioning units or heating systems (preferred).
