We're looking for candidates who have:A British Sign Language qualificationExperience supporting deaf or hearing-impaired children, ideally in a primary school setting.Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or SEND Teaching Assistant.A patient, adaptable and nurturing approach.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.A genuine passion for inclusive education.
