Job Title: RN - Labor and Delivery

Location: Ohio

Pay: $100 - $110 per hour

Shifts: Nights 7p-7a, Every 3rd Weekend

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN - Labor and Delivery professional for a travel or contract assignment in Ohio. This role involves working in a dynamic environment, providing patient care across Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units on a rotational basis. If lowed, candidates are considered "on-call" and must report within 30 minutes if called in.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Conducts comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments of patients.
• Participates in the establishment of a collaborative plan of care.
• Implements and evaluates plans of care based on identified patient goals.
• Completes all documentation according to established standards.
• Assesses readiness of patients and implements individualized education plans.
• Participates in Department of Nursing or unit-based initiatives.
• Provides age-appropriate care in accordance with organizational standards.
• Performs all functions in line with policies and professional standards.

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license by the Ohio State Board of Nursing.
• BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required.
• At least 3 years of experience in OB, Postpartum, and/or L&D.
