Job Description

• Prepare accurate and timely management accounts for external clients.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support client decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage client relationships and address their financial queries effectively.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for external stakeholders.
• Oversee cash flow management and financial planning for assigned accounts.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and implement best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful External Management Accountant should have:

• A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Experience in residential property orBTR (Buy to Rent) understanding of rent rolls, service charges, and propertyKPI's
• Proven expertise in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Effective communication skills to explain financial data clearly.
