<p><strong>Warehouse Picker &amp; Packer 6898</strong></p> <p><strong>Location:</strong><br /> Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire</p> <p><strong>Hours:</strong><br /> Minimum 37.5 hours per week, working 5 shifts Monday &ndash; Saturday on a rota basis. Shift times are 07:00 &ndash; 16:30 and 09:00 &ndash; 18:30, with Saturdays 07:00 &ndash; 16:00. <em>Candidates must be flexible to work both early and late shifts, with shift patterns based on production needs. Flexibility to stay later when required is essential.</em></p> <p><strong>Salary:</strong><br /> &pound;13.29 p/hour&nbsp;+ overtime paid at 1.25x after 40 hours worked</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Picker &amp; Packer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Picking and packing customer orders accurately within a chilled warehouse environment</li> <li>Rotating stock and replenishing products as required</li> <li>Loading and securing orders ready for dispatch</li> <li>Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment</li> <li>Working as part of a fast-paced warehouse team to meet production targets</li> <li>Operating PPT/LLOP equipment (full training provided)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Skills of a Warehouse Picker &amp; Packer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Positive attitude with a strong attention to detail</li> <li>Comfortable undertaking physical, hands-on work in a chilled warehouse environment</li> <li>Flexible approach to shifts and overtime requirements</li> <li>Reliable transport to commute to Tewkesbury</li> <li>Previous warehouse or FMCG experience advantageous, but not essential</li> <li>PPT/LLOP licence beneficial, although training will be provided</li> <li>Keen to learn and develop within a growing business</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>To apply for this vacancy, please email your CV to zee.powell@first-base.co.uk or call <strong>Zee Powell</strong> on 01453 755330 for more information.</p> <p>Know someone suitable for this role?
