Job Description US Work Authorization Requirement: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Short Description: A ServiceNow Technical Consultant responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITAM, SPM, TPRM) based on leading practices.  Complete Description: Responsibilities include leading client workshops, mapping business requirements to technical configurations, developing custom applications using JavaScript, and integrating with external systems. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Configuration: Lead technical workshops to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure the platform (workflows, UI policies, business rules, script includes). Development & Integration: Perform hands-on development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub). Best Practices Advisor: Guide clients toward standard platform capabilities, focusing on configuration over customization. Documentation & Testing: Create technical design documents, test scripts, and user stories while performing unit testing and code reviews. System Troubleshooting: Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, implementing solutions that improve performance.
