Electrical Estimator

Role Summary
An Electrical Estimator is required to join a growing and well-established electrical contractor delivering fit-out, construction, and NHS projects across the South East.
This role would suit either an experienced Electrical Estimator or a qualified electrician looking to progress off the tools into a pre-construction/estimating position.
The successful candidate will be office-based in Westerham with occasional client and site visits as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare electrical estimates and tender submissions
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Produce take-offs and pricing for labour, materials, and subcontractors
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
- Attend client meetings and occasional site visits
- Assist with value engineering opportunities
- Work closely with operational and commercial teams
- Support projects from enquiry through to handover
Requirements
- Qualified electrician background preferred
- Previous estimating experience beneficial but not essential
- Strong understanding of electrical installations
- Experience within fit-out, commercial, construction, or NHS environments preferred
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Full UK driving licence
