This is an active, people-focused position that combines customer service, recruiting, administrative support, and occasional travel to client locations throughout the Valencia and Palmdale areas. Pay & Benefits $20.00–$23.00 per hour DOE Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel Paid Vacation & Sick Time Medical & Dental Benefits after 90 days Career growth and advancement opportunities Monday–Friday schedule Stable, full-time position What You'll Do Source and research qualified candidates for open positions Conduct phone interviews and pre-screen applicants Provide outstanding customer service to applicants, employees, and clients Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employment verification Travel to client locations in Valencia and Palmdale to check in employees and provide support Answer incoming calls and respond to employment inquiries Maintain accurate employee records within our staffing system Partner with recruiters, clients, and branch staff to ensure positions are filled quickly Support daily branch operations and administrative projects Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Must be flexible, as employee check-ins may occasionally begin as early as 6:00 AM.
