Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a US Controller for a Global Late-Stage Start-Up in Cary, NC. Responsibilities Build a 5 person US-based team for global late-stage start-up Manage monthly accounting and close processes Perform financial reporting and account analysis Support global forecasting and budgeting Serve as a member of the Americas Leadership Team responsible for driving strategic decision-making Serve as a Business Partner with fellow Americas Executive Team members Take the lead in global finance projects Requirements Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA or CPA is preferred Experience with small to mid-size companies is required Experience in management or a supervisory role Experience with SAP and Business Objects or similar ERP tools is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
