KS2 Teacher – Northampton (September 2026)

About the role:

Justteachers is recruiting on behalf of a partner primary school in the Northampton area for a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to join the team on a full-time, long-term basis starting in September 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, creative lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Inspire and motivate pupils, fostering confidence and a love of learning.
• Plan, assess, and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community to support pupil progress.

Pre-requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Two education or school-based references.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment strategies.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and adaptable teaching approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to providing an inclusive, supportive, and nurturing learning environment.
