Senior Accountant | IFRS | GAAP | Oracle | Hybrid

Location: Fort Worth, TX | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Compensation & Schedule

• $30–$40/hour DOE
• Monday–Friday

Role Impact

Join a high-visibility finance team supporting U.S. operations in a multi-entity environment. This role drives accurate month-end close, balance sheet integrity, and compliant financial reporting under U.S. GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). Success means clean reconciliations, reliable financial statements, and proactive identification of discrepancies before audit review.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Maintain balance sheet accuracy and resolve reconciling items timely
• Analyze financial variances and investigate root causes
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS reporting standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial operations
• Support ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system updates and process improvements
• Review system-generated financial data for proper accounting treatment

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate or multi-entity environments
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and hands-on experience with month-end close
• Experience using ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel

Core Tools & Systems

• Oracle or similar ERP platforms
• Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Financial reporting and reconciliation systems

Preferred Skills

• IFRS reporting experience
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification or CPA-eligible
• Experience in multinational or shared services environments
