This position will be assigned specific job assignments for designated time periods to best support HAY Center programs.</span></p><p style="margin:0in;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin:0in;"><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px;" data-pasted="true">Wraparound case management special projects include providing intensive case management to address current and former foster youth's transitional needs by engaging in program intakes, case planning, self-sufficiency assessments, wraparound meetings, and face-to-face contact with clients on a consistent basis.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px;">Workforce case management special projects include case management support to HAY Center youths and young adults as they navigate employment training programs.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px;">Educational case management special projects include case management support to HAY Center youths and young adults by assisting with educational events (College Tours, College Bound Experience, College Fairs, etc.).</span></p></li><li><p style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px;">Housing case management special projects include case management support to HAY Center youths and young adults as they navigate the process of securing and maintain stable housing.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px;">Teaches state mandated life skills curriculum via classroom setting during peak seasons (typically Spring Break and Summer) in six core curriculum areas.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin-top: 0in;
