Fifty years later, Harris County Resources for Children and Adults still provides this support. But the now-county department has expanded services for early prevention, intervention, and adult services. Vision:To better the lives of children and adults in Harris County. Special Projects Case Manager Overview:Under the supervision of the Project/Program Manger II, the Special Projects Case Manager position will be well versed in HAY Center services and will provide case management support to current and former foster youths and young adults between the ages of 16 through 25 as they work towards self-sufficiency.
