Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
- Develop and optimize DevSecOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and platform engineering services.
- Design and support modern cloud data platforms, including data ingestion, transformation, governance, and analytics.
- Build and maintain event-driven and serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, Step Functions, and Azure equivalents.
- Implement and manage cloud security best practices, including IAM/RBAC, secrets management, encryption, logging, vulnerability scanning, and policy-as-code.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS).
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with distributed engineering teams across APAC, Europe, and North America to deliver scalable cloud solutions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, security, monitoring, serverless, and data services.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure services (Azure Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Monitor, Key Vault, Azure DevOps, Synapse, Fabric, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or similar container orchestration platforms).
- Strong understanding of cloud-native and event-driven architectures, APIs, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience working with modern data platforms, including Amazon S3, Azure Data Lake Storage, Apache Iceberg, AWS Glue Data Catalog, Spark, Databricks, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices, including IAM/RBAC, encryption, secrets management, audit logging, and vulnerability management.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, Neo4j, or similar technologies.
- Fluent English (spoken and written), with experience collaborating in international engineering teams.
