Role Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will drive commercial success across independent health stores, convenience retailers, and the wider wholesale ecosystem.
This is a key, field-based commercial role responsible for:
Growing and nurturing existing accounts
Securing new distribution with independent retailers
Working closely with regional and national wholesalers to maximise availability, visibility, and commercial performance
Executing field sales plans that convert brand awareness into long-term, profitable sales growth
The role is fully remote but will require regular travel within assigned territories.
