They’re now looking for a visionary Head Chef to lead the kitchen, inspire the brigade, and shape the next era of this critically acclaimed dining destination.

As Head Chef, you’ll be:
Driving the daily operation of a fast-paced 3 Rosette kitchen
Leading, mentoring, and developing a passionate and skilled brigade
Crafting innovative menus that reflect seasonality and precision
Upholding the highest standards of consistency, presentation, and taste
Taking ownership of kitchen performance, cost control, and compliance
Playing a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating Rosette standards
