<p><strong>Finance Business Partner (Part Time)</strong><br /><strong>Location:</strong> Staffordshire<br /><strong>Hours:</strong> (2–3 days per week)<br /><strong>Salary:</strong> £60,000 – £70,000 FTE (DOE)</p> <p> Looking for a senior finance role that works around family or personal commitments?<br /> Want genuine commercial influence without committing to five days a week?</p> <p> I’m recruiting for a <strong>Part-Time Finance Business Partner</strong> to join a well-established, values-led organisation in Derbyshire. Finance plays a central role in shaping performance, and this position will sit at the heart of that.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong><br /> As <strong>Finance Business Partner</strong>, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial performance, strengthen reporting and support strategic decision-making.</p> <p> You’ll oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes, provide insightful analysis of performance trends, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accountability across the organisation.</p> <p> This is not a back-office reporting role — it is commercially focused, forward-looking and influential.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and support financial strategies aligned to business objectives</li> <li>Lead budgeting and forecasting processes</li> <li>Deliver meaningful performance analysis and insight</li> <li>Partner with operational leaders to improve financial understanding</li> <li>Identify opportunities to optimise financial operations</li> <li>Ensure strong governance and compliance standards</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ideally fully qualified (ACCA / CIMA), though strong candidates of varying qualification levels will be considered</li> <li>Experience in a Finance Business Partner or senior commercial finance role</li> <li>Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills</li> <li>Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge constructively</li> <li>Comfortable operating independently in a senior, visible role</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why This Role?</strong></p> <ul> <li>2–3 days per week with genuine flexibility</li> <li>Senior-level impact without full-time commitment</li> <li>Opportunity to shape financial performance in a growing business</li> <li>Supportive, collaborative leadership team</li> </ul> <p>Part-time senior roles of this calibre are rare.
