Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor

An opportunity has arisen with a top 100 law firm with offices based in London.

The position will be working with the  DR team but focused on contentious probate and trust work .The successful candidate will undertake a variety of contentious trusts and probate work, to include inheritance act claims, Executor/Trustee disputes, breach of trust claims, validity of Will challenges, claims relating to breach of Executor duties and other private wealth disputes.

You will be at least  8 pqe  and you will have built up client relationships that would be portable to move with you.. This is an opportunity to grow a team within the overall litigation department and you will be joining an award winning firm who promote collaborative team work and can offer a clear career progression path throughout the team.

You will have gained experience from a  City or strong regional firm and be interested in a new challenge.
