Assess family eligibility for childcare subsidy programs
Provide accurate information on local childcare providers and programs
Enter data precisely into online systems, maintaining data integrity
Credentials
Valid bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole, and English
Required Experience and Skills
Minimum of 1 year experience in health and human services or call center environments
Knowledge of childcare subsidy programs or service referralsÂ
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Ability to work in Framingham, MA for a hybrid work arrangement
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in navigating multiple systems
