About the Role
1. General Overview:
This role is needed to ensure hygroscopic plastic resin at the processing point is being dried correctly and to perform work cell audit to ensure
quality.
2. Role and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
? Testing all hygroscopic plastic resin running in production with moisture analyzer, recording results in database & Informing
Department supervisor of any failed test results.
? Verify the correct plastic resin is being used at active work cells, reporting any unidentified materials to supervision
? Verify the dryers are set to the correct temperature at active work cells, proper cleaning and set up of plastic resin in the hoppers/
dryers
? Reporting any non-conformance and unidentified materials at the work cells to the department supervisor
? Grinding of scrap parts and runners, packaging of regrind containers.
? Recording material usage & Reporting inventory shortages

Normal Work Hours 1st Shift: From: 7:30 am To: 4:00 pm
Normal Work Week 1st Shift: From: Monday To: Friday
Normal Work Hours 2nd Shift: From: 3:30 pm To: 11:30 pm
Normal Work Week 2nd Shift: From: Monday To: Friday
Normal Work Hours 3rd Shift: From: 11:30 pm To: 8:00 am
Normal Work Week 3rd Shift: From: Monday To: Friday
Qualifications and Education Requirements
