You will work across supply, operations and commercial teams to optimise pricing strategies and improve performance across a high‑volume, fast‑moving environment.

The Role

As Pricing Analyst, you will:

* Lead analysis that informs pricing strategy across supply, operations and commercial functions.

* Assess stock availability, supplier behaviour and channel performance to influence pricing and trading decisions.

* Support optimisation across fulfilment, warehousing and cost‑to‑serve, including detailed analysis of postage and shipping costs.

* Run A/B tests and controlled experiments to understand the impact of pricing and operational changes.

* Build models and reporting in SQL, Python and BI tools to support decision making.

* Partner with senior stakeholders to translate complex analytics into clear recommendations.

* Contribute to transformation and change initiatives, helping evolve pricing approaches as the business scales.

* Mentor at least one analyst, supporting project delivery and analytical development.

Your Skills and Experience

You will bring:

* Strong commercial experience in pricing, supply chain, operations or inventory analytics.

* Hands‑on technical skills across SQL, Python and modern BI or visualisation tools.

* Experience with A/B testing, experimentation and data‑driven optimisation.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical insight for senior, non‑technical audiences.

* A proactive, practical approach with the willingness to be hands‑on when required.

* Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with ongoing change and evolving processes.

* A customer‑first mindset and ability to consider customer impact in pricing and operational recommendations.

This is a high impact opportunity for a Product Analyst to join a fast scaling, product led digital business during a key period of growth. You will work closely with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams to turn data into actionable insight, directly influencing user experience, conversion and product strategy.

The Role

  • Use quantitative analysis and data storytelling to understand user behaviour, product performance and conversion
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to identify friction points and opportunities across the product journey
  • Support experimentation by generating hypotheses, designing tests and analysing results to drive a test and learn culture
  • Define and align core product metrics with stakeholders, ensuring consistency and accuracy across teams
  • Build and maintain self serve dashboards and analytics tools using a modern data stack
  • Deliver deep dive analysis to inform product and commercial strategy
  • Contribute to a shared insights hub, documenting reports, metrics and learnings to support wider teams

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial and analytical experience within a product led or technology driven environment
  • Proven background in product analytics, working closely with cross functional teams
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting for a range of stakeholders
  • Strong data modelling mindset and comfort working with modern data environments
  • Experience with tools such as dbt and modern BI platforms like Lightdash or Looker is beneficial
