Job Description: This role will oversee maintenance and a team of technicians for a manufacturing plant that is located on a larger complex near Lexington. This manufacturing site runs 24/5. This is the perfect job for someone looking for a step up in responsibility and who is looking to learn. Both of the former maintenance managers have been promoted, but are still on-site and available for support and mentoring of this person. This company has several facilities in the US and 50+ around the World. Minimum Requirements: Degree preferred but not required Previous background in manufacturing (ideally food/beverage, automotive, etc) and at least 5-4 years of experience Must have previously worked in a manufacturing environment that utilized a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) and know the value that a system like that brings
