Operating globally, our 6000+ specialists provide a full spectrum of services, including business and tech advisory, enterprise solutions, CX, UX and Ul design, managed services, product development, and software development. <br></p><p><strong><em>This is the job</em></strong><br></p><p>Within the financial services domain, we are looking for an AI Engineer to support the implementation of GenAI solutions on the Azure platform.</p><p>The role focuses on building and improving AI-driven systems for real business use cases, including credit analysis, document processing, and AI-based evaluation.<br><br>This is a short-term, high-impact project (approx. 4 months), focused on building and optimizing production-ready GenAI systems for real business use cases, including credit analysis, document processing, and AI-based evaluation systems, with a possibility of extension.</p><p><strong><em><br>This is you</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs in real-world projects (beyond experiments or PoCs)</p></li><li><p>Solid engineering background (Machine Learning / Data / Software Engineering)</p></li><li><p>Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure is preferred)</p></li><li><p>Interest in or experience with Azure AI services (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services)</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a client-facing or consulting setup</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English</p></li></ul><p>Nice-to-have skills:</p><ul><li><p>Experience in financial services (asset management, credit analysis)</p></li><li><p>Experience with RAG, AI agents or multi-model LLM setups</p></li><li><p>Experience with document processing solutions (e.g. OCR, Document Intelligence)</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with governance, explainability and model evaluation in regulated environmentsX</p></li><li><p>German language</p></li></ul><p><strong><em>This is your role</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Support the implementation of GenAI use cases on Azure (e.g. credit analysis, document processing, sentiment analysis)</p></li><li><p>Work with Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI and Document Intelligence</p></li><li><p>Design and improve LLM-based solutions (RAG, assistants, AI agents)</p></li><li><p>Ensure solution quality (accuracy, traceability) and compliance with domain-specific requirements</p></li><li><p>Optimize AI pipelines in terms of scalability, performance and cost</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and contribute to solution design</p></li></ul><p> <strong><em>What awaits you at Avenga?</em></strong><em><br><br>At Avenga, everyone matters.
