Published: 15th March 2026 Plasterer Multi – Damp & Mould Permanent West Midlands Social Housing & Property Services, Trades & Labour Overview Temp Plasterer Multi – Damp & Mould Location: Birmingham, West Midlands Rate: £20–£23 per hour Contract: Temporary – initial 12 weeks (potential to go permanent) Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm The Role We’re recruiting a Plasterer Multi to support a Damp & Mould programme across South Birmingham. You’ll carry out high-quality plastering works, including thermal boarding, within occupied social housing properties. Additional skills in plumbing or carpentry are highly advantageous. This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in first-time fixes and professional standards. Key Duties Plastering repairs including thermal boarding works Damp & mould remediation works Supporting multi-trade tasks where required Working efficiently to agreed timescales and quality standards Adhering to Health & Safety requirements at all times Requirements Proven plastering experience (thermal boarding essential) Multi-trade skills (plumbing or carpentry preferred) Full UK driving licence Social housing experience desirable Share Job: Do you have any questions?
