About the Role
<p>If you’re an experienced veterinary surgeon looking for variety, flexibility, and purpose — this opportunity could be for you. This is a unique roving role across a network of well-equipped, modern practices in West Yorkshire. You’ll enjoy the variety of locum-style work while benefiting from the stability and support of a permanent position.</p>
<p>You’ll work across several practices, supported by hospital-based teams, with a balance of consulting, surgery, and case management. Each day brings something different — from routine appointments to more complex surgical and medical cases — all while being part of a collaborative and supportive clinical network.</p>

<p><strong>What’s on Offer</strong></p>

<li>Salary up to £70,000 (DOE)
<li>4-day working week, Monday–Friday only
<li>No weekends or out-of-hours

<p><strong>The Environment</strong><br />
You’ll have access to a range of purpose-built, RCVS-accredited facilities, including:</p>

<li>Digital X-ray, ultrasound, and CT on site (with visiting MRI)
<li>Fully equipped theatres and dental suites with dental X-ray
<li>Dedicated cat and dog waiting areas
<li>Spacious, air-conditioned consulting rooms
<li>On-site middle-tier referrals in dermatology, ophthalmology, and surgery
</ul>
<p>You’ll also work alongside a team of highly experienced vets, nurses, and support staff — many of whom are working towards postgraduate certificates in disciplines including surgery, imaging, cardiology, and dermatology.</p>

<li>Comfortable working across multiple practice sites and managing sole charge
<li>Competent with routine and non-routine surgical procedures
