Building Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining apartment properties and ensuring a safe, clean, and functional living environment for residents. Key Responsibilities Perform general apartment maintenance and manage work orders Conduct appliance repairs and minor HVAC work Complete painting projects as needed Maintain general grounds and common areas (mowing not required) Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure resident satisfaction Skills and Experience Prior experience in building maintenance or a related field is preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable and professional demeanor
