Sleep Inn Princeton is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front Desk team. As the first and last person our guests interact with, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience. If you enjoy helping people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash and credit card transactions.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records and follow company procedures.
- Promote hotel amenities and local attractions when appropriate.
- Keep the front desk, lobby, and work area clean and organized.
- Follow brand standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies.
- Assist with other hotel duties as needed to support the overall operation.
What We're Looking For

- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel management software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we'll train the right person!
