<p>We’re looking for a Compliance Administrator with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of the transport world. From scheduling essential vehicle servicing to ensuring legal compliance, your work will be vital in keeping the wheels turning—literally.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<p>Coordinating and booking routine services for trucks and trailers</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Liaising with internal and external providers to ensure work is completed</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Managing maintenance records, rectifying defects, and chasing follow-ups</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Keeping the transport management system updated and accurate</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Supporting driver compliance including tachograph data, driver hours, accident reports and more</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Working closely with the planning team to ensure vehicles are road-ready</p>
<p> </p>

<p>Experience in a busy office environment, preferably within transport or logistics</p>

<p>An organised multitasker who knows how to prioritise and deliver</p>
