Job Description:  We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Azure Data Engineer to design, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions in a cloud-based environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building modern data pipelines on Microsoft Azure and a solid understanding of cloud-native architecture and infrastructure automation. This role will focus on delivering reliable, high-performance data integration solutions that support enterprise analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Azure Cloud. Build and orchestrate workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF). Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform for Azure deployments. Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes for structured and unstructured data. Integrate data from various sources including APIs, databases, and cloud storage. Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver robust data solutions. Ensure data quality, governance, security, and performance best practices. Troubleshoot and optimize data workflows and cloud infrastructure. Required Qualifications Strong background in designing and developing data pipelines on Azure Cloud (ADF with Terraform) or other major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure SQL, and related components. Proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques. Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices in cloud environments. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Snowflake (strong plus). Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages. Experience with data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
