About the Role
About the role: Justteachers is seeking a passionate KS2 teacher to join a primary school in Bury on a long-term, temporary contract from September for the first term of the new academic year. The school is built on the values of kindness, resilience and respect and children are encouraged to achieve their full potential in a happy and stimulating environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils and support progress across the KS2 curriculum. Assess, monitor, and track pupil achievement, providing feedback and implementing interventions where required. Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that promotes high standards of behaviour and learning. Support pupils’ personal, social, and emotional development while maintaining effective communication with parents and carers. Pre-requisites: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching within a UK primary school Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment requirements Strong classroom and behaviour management skills, with the ability to support pupils of varying abilities and needs.
