<p>Our client is a market-leading commercial office fit-out and support services specialist, based in Shepherd’s Bush, West London. Due to continued growth, the business is seeking an <b>office-based Commercial Interior Architect </b>to join its friendly, collaborative, and expanding team.</p>
<p>This role offers the opportunity to become a key contributor within an established, fast-paced business, playing an important part in its ongoing growth and success.</p>
<p><b>Salary and Working Hours:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>£45,000 – £60,000 OTE (dependent on experience)</li>
<li>Full-time – 37.5 hours per week</li>
<li>Monday to Friday</li>

<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead interior architectural design projects for commercial and office environments.</li>
<li>Manage all technical design stages from concept through to completion.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.</li>
<li>Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to maintain design accuracy and quality.</li>
<li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and site visits.</li>
<li>Attend site surveys and client briefings.</li>
<li>Represent the company at networking and industry events.</li>
<li>Manage workload independently across multiple live projects.</li>
<li>Engage with new enquiries and discuss client requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information within the CRM system.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Knowledge, Skills and Experience:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial interior design.</li>
<li>Degree-Level Qualification in Interior Architecture.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in 2D and 3D design software packages.</li>
<li>Good working knowledge of Building Regulations and construction detailing.</li>
<li>Exceptional eye for detail, materials, and finishes.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.</li>
</ul>
