Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.<h3>How you’ll make an impact in this role </h3><ul><li>Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring every action aligns with the highest safety standards and organizational excellence.</li><li>Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure patient care is seamless, holistic, and focused on the best possible clinical outcomes.</li><li>Monitor and interpret patient conditions in real-time, acting as the vital link between the patient and the medical team through proactive communication and precise documentation.</li><li>Advocate for the patient’s journey by initiating and managing comprehensive discharge plans, ensuring a safe and successful transition from hospital to home.</li></ul><h3>What minimum requirements you’ll need </h3>Licensure / Certification / Registration:<ul><li>BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart.
