Senior Restructuring and Insolvency Associate (7+ PQE) Birmingham | Hybrid Working The Opportunity This is a senior-level role within a respected Business Recovery and Insolvency team, offering the opportunity to work on complex, high-value advisory matters. The focus will primarily be on
non-contentious insolvency and restructuring work, supporting a broad client base through financially sensitive and time-critical situations.
The Role - Advising on a wide range of business recovery and insolvency matters
- Providing strategic guidance to directors, companies, lenders and insolvency practitioners
- Supporting on restructuring, distressed transactions, and insolvency processes
- Managing client relationships and delivering clear, commercially focused advice
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
- Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the practice
About You - Qualified solicitor with 7+ years’ PQE in Business Recovery / Insolvency
- Strong technical expertise with a commercial and pragmatic approach
- Experience advising clients in financially distressed situations
- Confident managing complex matters independently
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- A collaborative approach with an interest in mentoring and team development
