This role is ideal for a qualified solicitor with experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and contentious matters, looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters

• Advising clients on commercial disputes, breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and debt recovery

• Handling matters through negotiation, mediation, and court proceedings

• Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence

• Providing strategic, commercially focused legal advice to clients

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Working collaboratively with a respected dispute resolution team

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate

• Experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, or contentious work

• Strong knowledge of civil procedure rules and litigation processes

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills

• Ability to manage a caseload independently

• Experience within a law firm, legal practice, or private practice environment
