Senior HR Advisor

You will take on a senior and trusted role in our HR Service and Recruitment Team at KONGSBERG’s Discovery division. Here you will combine operational excellence with advisory responsibilities. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will support employees and managers across the organization on a wide range of HR topics.

This role offers high responsibility, ownership of processes, and the opportunity to influence how People services are delivered in the division. You will take part in a collaborative HR community where professionalism, continuous improvement, and customer focus are central.

What you will be doing

• Act as a senior first point of contact, providing professional HR Advice.
• Handle daily operational use of Workday, including on- and offboarding, contracts and employee data changes.
• Resolve HR cases and make recommendations and decisions within your area of responsibility.
• Own and continuously improve HR policies, processes and content in MyHR Personnel Handbook and case management systems.
• Contribute actively to HR projects and support the wider HR team with senior expertise.
• You will be the single point of contact for a group of managers, coaching and guiding them in people processes such as absence management, conflict resolution, and organizational changes.

We think you should have

• Relevant higher education.
• Experience working with operational HR processes and advisory services.
• Strong knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

• Work in a structured, methodical, and systematic way.
• Communicate clearly, precisely, and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
