<p>They are now looking for a proactive Sales Manager who wants to take ownership of their territory, build strong client relationships, and create a high-value pipeline.</p>
<p><b>About the Opportunity</b></p>
<p>This is a nationwide role focused on developing new business within the packaging / waste industry and beyond.</p>
<p>You will be opening doors, understanding complex requirements, and delivering tailored solutions backed by a highly capable internal team.</p>
<p>This is a role where your effort directly drives your earnings.</p>

<p><b>What You’ll Be Doing:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Generating new business through proactive outreach.</li>
<li>Building relationships with decision-makers across industry.</li>
<li>Understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions.</li>
<li>Managing the full sales cycle end-to-end.</li>
<li>Maintaining CRM and pipeline visibility.</li>
<li>Collaborating with design, marketing, and admin teams.</li>
<li>Developing long-term customer partnerships.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What You’ll Need:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven B2B sales experience with a strong new business focus.</li>
<li>Experience selling technical or capital equipment – preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to understand and communicate engineered solutions.</li>
<li>Strong commercial mindset and target focus.</li>
<li>Full UK driving licence.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel nationwide.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in industrial environments.</li>
<li>Industry experience or contacts in waste, recycling, or packaging is advantageous.</li>
