That means when you sell, you sell with confidence.</p> <p>They are now looking for a proactive Sales Manager who wants to take ownership of their territory, build strong client relationships, and create a high-value pipeline.</p> <p><b>About the Opportunity</b></p> <p>This is a nationwide role focused on developing new business within the packaging / waste industry and beyond.</p> <p>You will be opening doors, understanding complex requirements, and delivering tailored solutions backed by a highly capable internal team.</p> <p>This is a role where your effort directly drives your earnings.</p> <p><b>What You&rsquo;ll Gain:</b></p> <ul> <li>&pound;40,000 &#8211; &pound;50,000 base salary</li> <li>Uncapped commission at 1% of gross sales</li> <li>Realistic &pound;60k &#8211; &pound;75k+ earnings</li> <li>Opportunity to build &pound;1m+ annual revenue</li> <li>Company car</li> <li>22 days holiday plus bank holidays plus Christmas closure</li> <li>Death in service policy (4 x salary)</li> <li>Early finish on the last Friday of every month</li> <li>Company-paid lunch every Friday,&nbsp;whether you are in the office or on the road</li> <li>A business where many employees stay 5+ years</li> <li>Autonomy to manage your time and approach</li> <li>The ability to move quickly on ideas and make things happen</li> </ul> <p><b>What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:</b></p> <ul> <li>Generating new business through proactive outreach.</li> <li>Building relationships with decision-makers across industry.</li> <li>Understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions.</li> <li>Managing the full sales cycle end-to-end.</li> <li>Maintaining CRM and pipeline visibility.</li> <li>Collaborating with design, marketing, and admin teams.</li> <li>Developing long-term customer partnerships.</li> </ul> <p><b>What You&rsquo;ll Need:</b></p> <ul> <li>Proven B2B sales experience with a strong new business focus.</li> <li>Experience selling technical or capital equipment &#8211; preferred.</li> <li>Ability to understand and communicate engineered solutions.</li> <li>Strong commercial mindset and target focus.</li> <li>Full UK driving licence.</li> <li>Willingness to travel nationwide.</li> <li>Comfortable working in industrial environments.</li> <li>Industry experience or contacts in waste, recycling, or packaging is advantageous.</li> </ul> <p>If you want to be in a role where your results genuinely matter, your earnings reflect your performance, and you are backed by a business that delivers, this offers exactly that.</p> <p>As part of the application process, you will complete a short online assessment of around 10 minutes.
