• Full-time, Monday–Friday; extended hours required during month-end and high-volume periods

ROLE IMPACT
The Escrow Support Supervisor leads a centralized, high-volume production team that supports the initiation and closing of residential escrow transactions. Reporting to the Escrow Support Manager, this role ensures operational excellence, compliance, and timely delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The position is key in relieving branch teams of clerical workload, improving turnaround times, and ensuring superior customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and coordinate daily escrow production workflow for a centralized support team.
• Manage productivity, quality, turnaround times, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance; resolve escalations.
• Monitor workloads, allocate resources, and authorize overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
• Communicate process updates, performance standards, and quality goals to branch and support teams.
• Prepare and present operational and performance reports to management.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead process improvement and system change initiatives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in escrow processing, loan closings, or related financial operations.
• Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory role within a production or processing environment.
• Proven experience managing large workloads and tight deadlines.
• Strong working knowledge of escrow procedures, documentation, and compliance standards.

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Escrow and title processing software
• Document management and workflow tracking tools
• Internal communication and reporting platforms
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience with P&L statements and cost management awareness.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with resilience and integrity.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
