- Experienced SAP S/4HANA EAM Migration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
- Support migration activities, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Support SAP S/4HANA EAM migration activities, including migration mapping, design, and validation.
- Support pre- and post-migration validation activities.
- Create migration scope blueprints.
- Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams on solution design and implementation.
- Analyze maintenance processes, master data, and integration points within SAP PM.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, the SAP Migration team, the EAM team, and other functional consultants to ensure effective communication and timely follow-up of open actions.
- Support project phases, including blueprinting, testing, training, and go-live.
- Produce high-quality project documentation aligned with project objectives.
- Proven SAP S/4HANA EAM migration experience; DMTL experience is an advantage.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Plant Maintenance (PM), including ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with SAP Fiori applications.
- Strong understanding of standard SAP PM and SAP S/4HANA business processes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP PM integration with other SAP modules, particularly Materials Management (MM).
- Strong understanding of integration flows to and from SAP systems.
- Proficiency in gathering requirements and preparing migration blueprints and functional specifications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, with excellent speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft DevOps in SAP projects is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams using Scrum methodologies.
- Experience collaborating closely with business stakeholders, developers, and test teams in cross-functional environments.
- Basic knowledge of ABAP for troubleshooting and understanding custom developments related to SAP PM.
