• Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field PhD or relevant industry leadership certifications preferred 10+ years of robotics or autonomy engineering experience Proficiency in Python, C++, ROS, and machine learning frameworks Strong understanding of computer vision, SLAM, path planning, and sensor fusion Experience hiring, mentoring, and leading engineering teams of 10+ people Excellent strategic planning and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with defense or public safety autonomous systems Knowledge of FAA Part 107, UAS regulations, and airworthiness Publications in robotics or AI conferences
