About the Role
Are you a strong communicator, customer-oriented, and fluent in English? Then we are looking for you!As a Customer Care Representative, you are the first point of contact for our international customers. You ensure fast and accurate processing of orders in our systems and answer questions about deliveries. You handle incoming emails and manage everything related to the order process for business clients.In addition, you are responsible for relationship management, preparing quotations, booking orders, and acting as the link between key clients and the organization. You will have frequent contact with the administration, finance department, and the internal warehouse.
