You will sign a long-term B2B contract directly with a reputable IT outsourcing company, dedicating your expertise full-time to this Bank's technological transformation.</p><h5><strong>About the Role</strong></h5><p>As a Senior System Analyst, you will coordinate technical project work and independently drive analytical tasks. You will act as the crucial bridge between business needs and development teams, defining system requirements, mapping dependencies, and generating robust solutions within complex banking applications.</p><h5><strong>What We Expect</strong></h5><ul><li><p>Minimum of <strong>5 years</strong> of hands-on experience as a System Analyst in software development projects within the <strong>banking or insurance</strong> sector.</p></li><li><p>University degree in IT, Mathematics, or a related technical field.</p></li><li><p>Strong proficiency in BPMN and UML notations (experience with Enterprise Architect is highly desirable).</p></li><li><p>Strong technical background with broad knowledge of IT solutions, data structures, integration technologies, and software development methodologies/standards.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience working in Agile environments.</p></li><li><p>Highly developed communication skills, openness to change, and the confidence to take independent action and make decisions.</p></li><li><p><em>Nice to have:</em> Practical experience working on projects related to <strong>Campaign Management</strong>.</p></li></ul><h5><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h5><ul><li><p>Coordinate all or part of IT project workflows, including the estimation of analytical and development tasks.</p></li><li><p>Identify system problems in current applications and generate robust technical and business process solutions.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate daily with software developers and business units to ensure high-quality IT delivery.</p></li><li><p>Participate actively in the system and business testing of deployed IT solutions.</p></li><li><p>Create, update, and maintain comprehensive functional, system, and technical documentation.</p></li><li><p>Identify and visualize dependencies between various applications and system components.</p></li></ul><h5><strong>What We Offer</strong></h5><ul><li><p><strong>Salary:</strong> 140-160 PLN net per hour</p></li><li><p><strong>Contract Type:</strong> B2B Contract (12+ months, signed with the outsourcing company)</p></li><li><p><strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid (1 day a week in the Warsaw office)</p></li></ul>
