Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Documentation Specialist located in Columbia, SC. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Documentation Specialist plans and directs activities concerned with the establishment and/or continuance of ISO 9001 related requirements and other quality programs. Manages the assembly, accuracy verification, storage and transmission to customer of all customer required documentation. What a typical day looks like: Manage collection, storage and release to customer of customer required technical documentation. Coordinates activities within the organization to hold up ISO 9001 requirements. Coordinates the corrective action system, driving internal and external issue resolution. Serves as customer liaison for the quality function. Prepares research of and reports on audit results. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: 5 years of related experience Proven experience supporting, maintaining documentation and compliance activities.
