Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
Overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistent high-quality food production, with a focus on perfecting steak dishes.
Leading, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team to maintain a positive, efficient working environment.
Creating and updating menus, specialising in steaks and seasonal dishes that align with the restaurant’s concept.
Maintaining strict health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices.
Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maximise profitability without compromising quality.
