Roles & Responsibilities:
Someone organized with staffing experience - Good with spreadsheets, great communication skills, strong or some management, able to guide and direct through projects, quick to learn, assertive to drive. Candidate should be a little younger.
Client interaction and account handling for MSP/VMS-based staffing requirements.
Front-end ownership of requisitions, submissions, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination.
Manage staffing accounts and act as a bridge between clients, recruiters, and candidates to drive closures.
