On-site parking is provided.The roleWe are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the on-site team on a part-time basis, ideally three days a week, with some flexibility on days. Hours are 9am-6pm. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective buyers on site, supported by a remote Sales Director who visits regularly, and an on-site administrator. The role involves a degree of lone working, so confidence and self-sufficiency are important.What we're looking forThis role demands someone with proven experience selling high-end or luxury new homes for a reputable developer. You will be comfortable with premium price points, confident managing the full sales process, and able to deliver a first-class experience to buyers at this level. Experience in retirement or later-living sales will also be considered.PackageA basic salary of circa £40,000 pro rata, plus team commission paid 50% on exchange and 50% on completion.
